We, 2048: Puzzle of Twos, are committed to respecting your privacy and the integrity and security of your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile game 2048: Puzzle of Twos.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the policy. If we make changes that are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (such as by placing an in-game notice). We encourage you to check this Privacy Policy regularly for updates, so that you know our current practices.

By downloading, accessing and/or using this game, you acknowledge the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

The personal data we collect will depend on the circumstances and the features you are using.

A. DATA YOU PROVIDE TO US

• Contact information (such as name and email address) - only if you initiate the contact
• Authentication information - only if you sign in with google account (then we use chosen google email and display name from public profile)
• Your messages such as player support tickets or reviews
• Other data you choose to provide us when you contact us (through email, social media or any other channels).

B. DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

This is an Android game. When you play, we and our service providers (see section 3) may automatically collect:

• Gameplay and analytics data - for example your scores, biggest tile reached, number of moves and undos, board sizes played, the date/time and length of your sessions, in-game events, and your interaction with advertisements.
• Device and technical data - a device identifier and/or advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), IP address (used to derive your approximate location, such as your country), device manufacturer and model, operating system version, language and app version. This is collected by the standard Google Firebase and Google AdMob SDKs.
• Crash and diagnostic data - if the game crashes, technical details about the crash and your device state, so we can fix problems.

2. WHY WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR DATA

We process data necessary to:

• Facilitate, operate, provide and maintain this game
• Recognize you when you return to this game
• Recognize your scores in the Top scores lists.
• Respond to your comments and questions and provide player support
• Show you advertisements in the game using third-party advertising networks (personalized or non-personalized, depending on your consent and region - see section 4)

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA

We share your data with following third parties:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics and Crashlytics) - to sign you in, store your scores and stats, analyse usage and diagnose crashes
• Google AdMob - to serve advertisements; AdMob may share some of the above data with ad partners

4. ADVERTISING AND YOUR CHOICES

This game shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. You can also optionally watch rewarded video ads (for example, to earn extra undos).

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before serving personalized ads, in line with the GDPR. Depending on your choice, ads will be personalized or non-personalized. You can review or change your choice at any time from the in-game menu under "Privacy options".

You can also limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). To learn more about how Google uses data when you use our game, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

This game is global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred and processed in countries other than the country in which you are resident.

DATA RETENTION

Your scores and game stats are stored under an account identifier - anonymous by default, or your Google account if you sign in - for as long as the game keeps that account.

If you sign in with Google, you can delete your account at any time from the in-game menu; this immediately removes your personal data and game data from our systems.

For information you provided directly (e.g. email, support tickets, social media), or to request deletion of data tied to an anonymous account, please contact us and specify which data you want deleted.

Third parties listed in section 3 will keep data shared with them according to their policies, which you can look up on their web sites.

Children's Privacy

This game is intended for use only by those aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
